Freelander features a range of in-car entertainment options that should satisfy even the most demanding listeners. A single-slot CD player and six-speaker sound system are fitted as standard. Further choices include a 6-disc CD player and a harman/kardon® premium system featuring a separate amplifier with eight speakers and a subwoofer delivering theatre quality sound.

Satellite navigation
Freelander´s optional satellite navigation system helps you plan the most efficient route throughout your journey. It uses the Global Positioning System (GPS) - a network of 24 satellites that can determine your position to within 30 metres. As your journey progresses, the system will direct you with a combination of audible instructions and on-screen images. The system can also guide you to specific locations such as petrol stations, car parks and even theatres.

Premium sports seats are optional on Freelander E and XEi and standard on all other models. With their ergonomic design they offer good all-round support, whilst providing a comfortable driving experience both on and off-road. The premium seats are available in a choice of colours and materials, giving you the opportunity to personalise the interior of your Freelander to match your lifestyle.
